Free trial

Your first Duit Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Monthly plan

Cancel anytime; Pro remains active until the end of the month you paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded once the period has started.

Yearly and 12-month prepaid

If you ask within 14 days of the payment, email us and we refund the full amount. FPX refunds are returned to the same bank account and can take up to 7 working days.

Problems

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or Pro did not activate after payment, email azrul393@gmail.com with the invoice number and we will fix it or refund within 5 working days.
